If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Absolutely pathetic excuse of a place. Went there on the weekend 20.03.2022 ordered 1 large almond latte 1 small almond iced chocolate and 1 large almond iced coffee cost me $21 which in itself is pathetic given that the cups were half full. The little Asian lady that was making my iced drinks needs a attitude change, I told her I wasn't notified that the iced drinks come with ice cream and that I have a 5 year old who is ALLERGIC to dairy, so I asked her to make it without ice cream I then watched her mix the milk, chocolate and ice cream with a spoon and then watched as she remembered my request and began digging the ice cream out with the spoon again. When I told her that i saw what she did she began speaking very rudely to me about how she knew what she was doing. The Indian manager or team leader Im not sure who then continued to tell me that the ice cream was dairy free but refused to show me the ingredients of it but when I drank my iced coffee I knew it wasn't dairy free. All petty complaining aside they are extremely dangerous and disrespectful to not even respect that people have serious allergies had I not watched them, had i not seen what they did my daughter could be hospital now or worse she could be dead because of their carelessness. Allergies are not a joke when working in the hospitality industry the requirements of others are extremely important if one can not handle that then what's the point working there. Absolutely disgusting and so disappointed in...

We had a disappointing dine-in meal of toasted ham & cheese sandwiches with regular iced lattés. The café was barely half full but several staff disappeared leaving the toasted sandwiches under the heat lamp on the kitchen counter. Not sure how long the sandwiches had been sitting there before we noticed &, after several more minutes, my wife went & collected them, confirming with one of the 2 staff that it was our order. Unsurprisingly, the sandwiches were very dry & unappetising

We did not have the drinks at this point & I watched them being made. The staff member held each straw between her thumb & finger then placed her index finger on the top of of the straw, ie. the end that we were meant to drink from, to push them into the plastic mug. She was not wearing disposable gloves at the time

Also, I don't know if the plastic mugs are smaller than the glasses we're used to having but both drinks were strong, very watery & were taken back for more milk

Finally, if there was competition for the noisiest café in Western Melbourne then I'm confident this one would be in the top 3. It's unfortunate the recent refurbishments did not include some noise reduction measures. Having said that, the space is now much lighter &...

Decided to visit Coffee club today at around 9.15am on a Saturday morning instead of my usual go to because my brother wanted to eat their bacon and egg filo. Ordered 2 bacon and egg filo (just need to toast them) and a milkshake. We understand that they are kinda busy (but it wasn't even a full house) so waited for 20min before asking if our order is ready, they informed that it is coming so we waited another 10min before I went up to inform that we have waited 30min for our order. But the staff was really rude and argued with me in a condescending tone "I don't think its been 30min".. I was shocked. Instead of feeling apologetic, I received a rude response. N top of that our bacon and egg filo wanst even hot so please tell me what were we waiting 30mins for??? I'm very disappointed and definitely would not come back again.

Tldr: Service is beyond terrible. Food mediocre and prices ain't great. Would suggest frequenting Little Espresso a stone throw away instead. Better food and drinks, prices are decent and service is way better than what you get here at...

No no no. My first time and my last time, won’t come back again. Coffees and hot drinks are the first impression for any cafes. The chocolate is full of bubble, not silky. Taste like chocolate powder mix with hot milk only, the most ridiculous thing is the chocolate powder not stirring well, still have a lot in the bottom. The big breakfast is tasteless and the scrambled eggs are over cook. Staffs are not friendly or helpful. Is my worst breakfast ever. Paying the same price could find a better cafe around in point cook.
