Cheesy Bite Pizza & Kebab - Springvale — Restaurant in Melbourne

I ordered a pizza from [cheesy bite springvale 3171,] and it was a complete disaster. From the moment I opened the box, I knew this was going to be a regrettable experience. The crust was soggy and undercooked, reminiscent of chewing on a piece of wet cardboard. It had no crispiness or flavor, just a doughy mess that stuck unpleasantly to my teeth. The sauce, which should have been a delightful blend of tomatoes and spices, was instead bland and overly salty, with a strange, metallic aftertaste that made me question its freshness. The cheese, arguably the best part of any pizza, was a colossal disappointment. It wasn’t melted properly, clumping together in some places while being completely absent in others, creating a textural nightmare. The toppings were another letdown; sparse and stale, they tasted as if they were past their prime, adding nothing but disappointment to each bite. The pizza was supposed to have chicken as one of the toppings, but there was none to be found, making the already mediocre experience even worse. To make matters worse, the pizza arrived lukewarm, suggesting it had been sitting out for too long or that the delivery had been mishandled. The presentation was equally appalling, with the pizza looking like it had been tossed around during delivery, leaving toppings scattered and the cheese sliding off to one side. Adding to the frustration, I was told the pizza would arrive in 15 minutes, but it didn’t show up until 45 minutes later, making the entire experience even more aggravating. Overall, this was an utterly disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and your taste buds by steering clear of this dreadful excuse...

There's no point of putting 4 staffs, took them 30 mins to make a freakin hsp. And for disclaimer, it was not even busy. I don't know if they're still growing the potato on their backyard or something as i know frying chips are not supposed to take that long. Added to it, their customer service is just amazing, veryy rudee. Nice combo.

Interestingly, we ordered on the counter at 8.48pm, not from delivery platform, no smile, no greeting, first red flag. We ordered hsp and cheesy stick. After a while, we saw the staff who prepare the order put the chips in the box, literally piece by piece, on that stage we have waited almost 15 mins. Then the cashier had an argument with other customers while we were still waiting for our food. At 9.15 ish we asked for our food and just wanted to cancel it if it was still not ready, then the cashier apologised while putting the cheesy sticks in the fryer. So we waited another 5 mins for that. Apparently the hsp been ready for sometime so we went home with a cold hsp, the long awaited cheesy sticks, an a 30 mins time wasted. Imagine all the soggy chips and cold chicken. You can check your cctv if you have one. Better get your fact right first before replying and giving lame excuses. You know that you can press ready for pickup once orders are done right? Instead of making drivers and customers wait an extra 30 min. Very unprofessional. Get this right please. Omg..30 min everytime.

Reply: Yeah we get paid pennies for waiting, and uber has mentioned in its policy that you are not supposed to make drivers wait and not definitely 30min, once is understandable but not repeatedly, and cancelling is not an option bcz we drive 5km atleast to come to your restaurant and once cancelled we don't get paid for it. Not like you care but just saying. Yeah true, order can be made in 15min but when there is 5 drivers waiting and you have to make multiple orders it takes more than 30min. I completely understand the staff shortage issues, me myself is working...im just asking to press ready when the order is ready or about to get ready. Stop pressing ready when you get the order and then taking 30min. We uber drivers make money mainly through quest, that is we have to finish number of deliveries and it is not fair on us.
