China Bar Noodle & Rice Bar — Restaurant in Melbourne

Thank you so much to the Stud Park China Bar (located at the food court within Stud Park shopping centre in Rowville) team - including the manager and all the staff - from both my friend/godfather Peter Smith and I for both the absolutely perfect food and absolutely perfect service they provided us with as first time customers on Saturday 1st November 2025, we are both so grateful to each and every single one of them!

I am so sorry to both the manger and staff of Stud Park China Bar (and I am so sorry to Peter too) for only typing up and posting this 5-star Google review only 2 days later, I had been meaning to by the end of the afternoon on Saturday November 1st 2025, it's a bit of a long story why but I have no excuse, I am so sorry to you all and I assure each and every single one of you both Peter and I are nevertheless 100% appreciative to each and every single one of you for both the first rate food and first rate service. It turns out too Peter has been previously acquainted with the manager (a Chinese lady wearing glasses who is so nice and friendly); our deepest apologies to both her amd her staff we had not patronised Stud Park China Bar sooner, we are so happy we finally have two days ago!

It is not only truly an honour that Peter and I were reacquainted and first time acquainted respectively with the manager for the first time but it also is truly an honour to for both of us to experience for the first time both the first rate food and first rate service at Stud Park China Bar!

Last but not least, thank you so much to Peter for his absolutely incredible generosity in paying for my lunch at Stud Park China Bar on top of already paying for breakfast at McDonald's on the same day. I am so grateful to him.

As you can see in the photos below, both Peter and I had the Beef Brisket On Rice (first rate value for money at $18.50), both of which were upgraded to Beef Brisket On Fried Rice for an extra $2.50 each...so both Peter and I had Beef Brisket On Fried Rice, $21 each, for a total of $42.

In such beautifully decorated and perfectly sealed cardboard takeaway containers with the China Bar logo, our Beef Brisket With Fried Rice was so generous in terms of serving size and we both got such large amounts of the Beef Brisket itself! Thank you so much again to the manager and staff of Stud Park China Bar for all that, both Peter and I deeply appreciate it!

The Beef Brisket was so beautifully melt in your mouth tender, infused with absolutely amazing flavour, it is the absolute best beef dish we have had in our lives! The Fried Rice was also the absolute best Fried Rice we had in pur lives, so beautifully cooked and balanced. This is Chinese cuisine at its finest, and we thank Stud Park China Bar's manager and staff so much for it, we are so grateful!

Stud Park China Bar's manager and staff deserve every reward and acknowledgement from the China Bar franchise for their first rate food, first rate value for money and first rate food! They have made Stud Park China Bar an absolutely gem of a food court restaurant that absolutely everything should visit as often as possible. Peter and I very highly recommend them especially their Beef Brisket With Fried Rice. And both Peter and I so eagerly anticipate our next visit to Stud Park China Bar! They are not only the gold standard for all China Bar outlets and restaurants but they are the golf standard for Chinese restaurants food in terms of quality, value for money and service! Thank you so much again to both the manager and staff of Stud Park China Bar for an unforgettable first time experience we will cherish forever because of all that, we deeply appreciate it! So next time you at in Rowville and especially next time you are at Stud Park shopping centre, you absolutely must eat at Stud Park China Bar especially their Beef Brisket...

This is in a food court inside Studroad shopping centre. I was pleasantly surprised at the authentic and yummy taste of Hokkien noodles a la KL style. Hmmm … nostalgic moments with every mouthful. Roti with chicken curry was good as well, according yo my other half.

Will come another day to try other dishes. Their hainanese chicken rice smelt & looked good - at 2 other tables.

Being a food court, it was rather noisy., hence lower eating...

I’ve been a regular customer at Rowville China Bar and used to really enjoy their large combination meal which was $12.50 before the renovation. After the renovation the same meal is now $16.80 and that’s a big jump. It feels like customers are paying for the renovation costs. A gradual $1 or $2 increase would have been understandable with inflation but this sudden rise is disappointing. Thanks for the price increase, I’ll not be...
