EAT HERE! = January 2024 Today I had the Breakfast Burger (requested on Turkish) - just great! ----------------------------------------- November 2023 Today I had their Chilli Scrambled Eggs (on Sourdough) - Very Good. Friendly and honest staff. ----------------------------------------- August 2023 Omelette, inc.- Bacon was great. ----------------------------------------- April 2023 Excellent breakfast burger, (you won't want lunch afterwards.) Great cappuccino. It's normally quite well frequented by the locals. There's about 10 x tables, I've only ever missed out on a table once - so I got takeaway. I'll keep going back.

Visited for lunch, and purchased a burger and fries. Food was OK, coffee was decent, and customer service was fairly good. Tables and chairs however were not as clean as a customer would expect them to be upon arrival. All in all, not bad, but also not amazing. If possible, I'd rate the establishment a 3.9/5 rather than an even 3.

My long black was pretty good and the hot chocolate was decent. Friendly staff and place has plenty of sunlight making it quite present. Though it is a small place and if there was a lot of people it’ll get cramped.

NOW APPARENTLY UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!!! THE MAN BEHIND THE COUNTER SHOULD COME TO WORK WITH BETTER ATTITUDE, AND LESS ARROGANCE AND BE LESS CHAUVINIGIST. ALSO START SHOWING BETTER ATTITUDE TOWARDS YOUR STAFF. REMEMBER CUSTOMERS SEE AND HEAR EVERYTHING. YOUR JUMP IN PRICES DOES NOT JUSTIFY THE LACK OF SERVICE, AND QUALITY OF SERVICE. QUALITY AND QUANTITY ON FOOD HAS GONE DOWN HILL. I USED TO BE EXCITED TO SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS, GETTING GREAT SERVICE, GOOD OLE CHAT WITH STAFF, WONDERFUL COFFEE, BUT SINCE OLD GRUMPY MAN BEEN THERE SORRY I KEEP ON WALKING. I walked in on a Saturday morning to order a coffee. Door was open, there was another bloke in there too, but as i approached the door, I was barked at - "8 AM!" - oops, they wern't open yet, a quick check of the sign and yes, it does open at 8am - my bad, sorry buddy, so I hopped in the car....

I saw then that it was 7:55am.

Any hospitality business owner thats struggled in the last 12 months would not DREAM of barking at a customer like that and turning them away, when there is only 5mins to 'official' opening time.

I'm not crabby because I didnt get a coffee - I'm crabby beacuse this guys attitude in there was not cool, I mean seriously, 5 mins to 8am and you are turning people away? THIS is what undoes a hospitality...

My partner and I came to this cafe and order both halloumi stacks. I don’t eggs and requested to swap out and, easily was happy that they could do that. Absolutely fun vibes, amazing staff and service and got a free cookie with our coffee. We are not from around here but would definitely come back if we are in the area, and of course….. the food was absolutely spot on, nothing I would add or change. (The exception of my request).

My partner was very satisfied which is always a plus! You can’t find a good brekky place that ticks all of our boxes. But so worth the coffee, the food, THE SERVICE and lovely area. 100% would recommend...
