Donut King Stud Park — Restaurant in Melbourne

Not a happy experience today at donut king! The female staff (12.15pm Sunday 27 March 2022) making it difficult, my digital card isn't scanning on their system (she said the system is down so she can't process it). Told me to come back next week... I said so what happens next week when I come back and my birthday voucher has already expired.. She said she will manually process it for me! I said then why can't you manually process it for me right now??? She said she doesn't know what the birthday reward entitles to, I showed it to her, just a cold or hot regular drink, she said she doesn't know about birthday rewards even though she said has worked there for 4 yrs!! Reallt???! So firstly she isn't trying to be helpful to a customer, should have tried to process my birthday voucher manually and not tell me to come back next week (which in the end she did very easily), and secondly, should know her company's reward birthday programs since she has been working there for 4 years! Just wanted to enjoy my birthday treat this nice...

Absolutely disgusting rude personnel. Had the worst experience. Bread was stale, order come wrong, charged me extra for a paper cup ( never seen that one before). An interesting way to run a business. Will never go back there neither me nor my family. To kevin and jamie- nice try girls. I was never rude, merely surprised. Instead of dishonestly attacking and trying to increase your ratings and stars rather concentrate on correcting your mistakes and providing better customer service. After all I am not the only one who is complaining from your rudeness. The complaints were there long before last Saturday and all over the web on...

The staff were very rude, slow and couldnt make a thickshake to save themselves. The staff barely spoke to me (surprisingly you need to talk to people when you work in customer service!!) The staff didn't even let my thickshake mix for 20secs so it just tasted like milk. I used to visit all the time when the staff we're amazing.... it's changed hands obviously. Won't ever waste my money...
