Read moreI got the almond croissant after seeing the reviews and pistachio cream doughtnut. I must have bought the croissant as they were fresh out of the oven because it qas slighty warm and soft and it made it amazingly because the insides were chewy and the outside crisp and flaky. The filling is more on the buttery side but I enjoyed it.
The doughnut was good too, a nice chew to it and not oily. I prefer cinnamon dusted doughnuts so I am biased in saying the croissants are more worth it...

The almond croissant was average, especially compared to others from Lune and Penny for Pound. The coffee was underwhelming, lacking flavor and aroma. Service was okay, though they were a bit stingy with tap water. The atmosphere was peaceful, perfect for a relaxing sit-down on a pleasant day. Would I return? Maybe, mainly for the donuts, but not for the coffee...
