The name of this place alone commands attention if you’re on the lookout for top coffee. We’ve got a gorgeous space here. Sophisticated, warm and inviting. The soft guitar music in the background added to the allure. I was after my now customary long black. I was well advised including on optimal brew size. I've been here once and it's my second time here (You guys can read my first review on Trip Advisor). I was intriguing with their stronger coffee, according to the owner's suggestion from my prior visit. Let me tell you, it is really strong. From my interpretation, it's rich, had chocolaty aroma and bitter taste. It also had sweet aftertaste, which lingered for about 8-10 seconds after swallowing. Best coffee I’ve tasted in this short trip. Melbourne coffee has seriously dropped standards but this is THE BEST honestly across whole of Melbourne with their nice strong coffee and great quality beans with the right amount acidity and aftertaste. It was FULL of people and attest to its great and excellent quality. Helmed by a guy and his mum, their toasted banana bread is also a must try!!
