FOOD IS A SAVIOUR! The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious! This I can say, and for the food i would strongly recommend Versachis as a place to eat. The only part that was a bit disappointing for the night was how it all started. To begin with, it seemed the reserved table we had was ill prepared, missing 3 forks and also a wine glass down... which we overlooked. Then I was excited the waiter was on the ball to begin, it was mildly busy in the restaurant. We had placed our order for entree, mains and drink and then we sat and waited. Plenty of time passed, drinks went out to other patrons, people left, tables cleared dishes being cleaned and still no drinks delivered (10-15 mins approx). Mains started coming out to which we questioned where the entrees were and also the drinks we had ordered... the female waiter who served us this jumped on board quickly and rectified the situation and relished our table with the correct cutlery and setting. As all the mains arrived out and then very last the entrees. Which was a little odd, given the restaurant wasnt extremely busy this was a little frustrating.

However, I can say the food was amazing and if it wasnt for the food I would question the wait staffs attention to detail and also attentiveness. All in all a great meal, deliciously enjoyed. From the moment we stepped into Versachi's, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for a remarkable dining experience. The ambiance was cozy yet elegant, perfect for any occasion.

The Pizza selection at Versachi's is unparalleled. The Chilli Boombala and Mr. Natural pizzas were both incredibly delicious. The perfect balance of toppings and the crust was just right—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Each slice was a taste sensation!

But that's not all. The Garlic Bread and Eggplant Chips were the perfect accompaniments to our meal. Crispy, flavorful, and utterly addictive, they complemented the main dishes perfectly.

Not only was the food exceptional, but the service was also top-notch. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, making excellent recommendations and ensuring our glasses were always full.

I called a few moments ago (today 11/05/2024) - they had availability for a table on this Saturday dinner and they booked my table. I spoke to a Priya or Priyar, whom told me however that I cannot use Groupon vouchers on Saturdays. I explained that my Groupon Voucher covers and states that it is valid for Saturday evenings. Then she "because we are fully booked out over the weekend, you can only use it Monday to Thursday and you can come in on either those days to use it or you can come in tonight because it's Friday" I mentioned and rebutted her that she just booked me in for this Saturday so how all of a sudden are they fully booked???? Then she said asked me back in 5 minutes as she'll talk to the manager - I'm thinking why should I have to call back?!?!? Not going to bother - certainly they are making up inconsistent excuses not to honour a legitimate discount.....taking my business elsewhere!

The respons below from the owner is just as pathetic....well why not then limit the amount of Groupon Vouchers you sell??? I bought one so you need to honour it otherwise place it on T&Cs. If you don't place it on your T&Cs then you are implying you can choose who can can use the voucher and the T&Cs don't apply to you as a restaurant. Your apology is not an apology!
