Very Stingy place.
Got told you can only have a maximum of 2 flavours in a cup lower than a large. There were no signs that showed this rule either.
Most other cold rocks also don’t have this rule implemented either. I’ve worked at cold rock for many years and know how it works Glad I never worked at this store as we cared about our customers at mine.
Why charge per cup if you can’t chose how you’d like to fill it. It you want customer to not choose more than 2 flavours, then you should charge in scoops.
All of the napkin holders as well had notes stating “only take one” This is not a good atmosphere to be in
Clearly a place that doesn’t care about customers but only cares about taking your money and giving the least amount to their customers

I opted for cookies and cream and mint with bounty, brownie, mini marshmallows and cherry ripe. Unfortunately the restaurant we went to for dinner claimed to not have a freezer which I think is a bit suss, they clearly meant we don’t have one for your random cake and incidentally being in the fridge just didn’t cut it as by the time we got to dessert said cake was more of a puddle. Read moreI was going to go to Cold Rock Hampton but upon reading the responses from the owner, I would never come here. What appalling behaviour from a business owner especially one that provides a service to a large number of children, I run a business and although customers and reviews annoy me greatly I would never response with such rudeness. I am not saying the customer is always right, however there is a way to tell them they are wrong and this is not the way. I have seen many businesses go broke over the years from running stores (much like yours) and you are on this path if you continue to treat customers in this manner.
