I had a very frustrating experience during a recent delivery pick-up for UberEats here. Upon arrival, a staff member informed me that my order would be ready in about five minutes, so I waited in my car as suggested. However, when I returned, another employee, who had a mustache, told me my order was still not ready.
In total, I ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes, which is quite challenging for delivery drivers since we don’t get compensated for such delays. When I mentioned the initial five-minute estimate, the staff member responded in an unreasonably rude manner instead of offering an apology or any understanding of the situation.

Read moreTerrible customer service I was waiting to place an order for a while, but no one acknowledged me on arrival or while I was waiting. They all just kept talking. A man came in, and they helped him before me. I told them I was waiting before him, and I was told by the man he was an Uber driver. When I asked if he had a preference, they all looked at me blankly. I walked out after that. This is my second time at this store, no customer service last time.
I walked across the street to the Chinese restaurant, where I received a warm greeting and placed my order.
