I had a very frustrating experience during a recent delivery pick-up for UberEats here. Upon arrival, a staff member informed me that my order would be ready in about five minutes, so I waited in my car as suggested. However, when I returned, another employee, who had a mustache, told me my order was still not ready.

In total, I ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes, which is quite challenging for delivery drivers since we don’t get compensated for such delays. When I mentioned the initial five-minute estimate, the staff member responded in an unreasonably rude manner instead of offering an apology or any understanding of the situation.

I hope management takes note of this, as improving customer service would enhance the overall experience for both delivery drivers and...

Terrible customer service I was waiting to place an order for a while, but no one acknowledged me on arrival or while I was waiting. They all just kept talking. A man came in, and they helped him before me. I told them I was waiting before him, and I was told by the man he was an Uber driver. When I asked if he had a preference, they all looked at me blankly. I walked out after that. This is my second time at this store, no customer service last time.

I walked across the street to the Chinese restaurant, where I received a warm greeting and placed my order.

Pizza was fine,I was rung as the delivery man arrived and asked to step outside into the yard to collect the pizza. The weirdest worst practice I've ever encountered and you pay for it.i won't repeat it.Difficult to understand and what's with chasing the delivery man. Apparently it's bcoz theyres a lot of violence so how do I now he's not going to to be violent to me -ridiculous and rude as they come. Where do these ppl get there manners -online obviously !!
