Sergios Pizza — Restaurant in Melbourne

Burned my pizza on two separate occasions, they have a habit of overcooking things. Not good. I let that slide. The straw that broke the camel's back is when I ordered a vegetarian, just a vegetarian, large, which is 15 dollars, and they charged me 17 because I was eating it there. I try to make sense of that, like what, an extra 2 dollars because you will have to clean the plate that the pizza comes on? I’ve never heard of a place charging extra because they have to clean the plates. How moronic is that. And the pizza is average, not worth 17 dollars, or 15. And remember, just a vegetarian. So was utterly dissapointed and dissatisfied with response from the restaurant when we received an incorrect order via delivery. I called to say my order was wrong - ordered a large, not small garlic pizza. Was immediately told the restaurant did get the order wrong. Asked for correct order to be delivered to and was told that wasn't possible. Told I could come and pick up a new order. I said that wasn't possible. Asked what I wanted. I said a refund. Told that wasn't possible to refund my credit card - I'dneed to go to the restaurant. So essentially I paid for something I didn't receive - won't be returning in...

Been going there for years, and have been ordering Pizza's regularly during the Covid period I have been received many emails promoting discounts for Sergio's mutiple times a week and the lastest oe received on October 30th, stating the OCTOBER discount was for each and every order. I thought I'd use the discount for once, albeit 10% on a single pizza. The "Discount Coupon" was rejected for an Order on 31st October for an 18" Calebrese because the order was not $25.

I could not find this condition on the email sent by Sergio's.

I ended up ordering the 18" Calebrese from Uber Eats - It was cheaper than ordering from Sergios.
