Worst experience that occurred today at 1:40pm, I got my lunch from a local store on the street but had forgotten to get a napkin, as I was walking past sushi I thought I’d get a napkin from there, but instead I got looked at by the lady who was serving the sushi to customers and by the man standing next to her. As I was holding the napkin I asked if I can please have a one and she looked at me and said for our customers only. I put the napkin down and walked off. Every time I come here, the customer service is exceptional and the staff are attentive. Despite one time being given a fork and no chopsticks (presumably because I'm white because the Asian man next to me was given chopsticks), I asked the waiter and she was more than happy to give me the cutlery of my choice. Yesterday my best friend and I went here and both ordered the Sukiyaki Don which was served quickly and tasted delicious. I often get the Bento Boxes which provide for a lot of variety and flavours.
