There is some parking on Victory Boulevard and on Markham Avenue. The playground is a mid-sized thing that's a cut above your average, little suburban thing. There are open areas for recreation and a Cricket club. There's a public toilet near the playground. What I like most about this (as someone who predominantly heads to parks to explore/walk) is that the Gardiner's creek trail at the back (with the Golf Course beside it for some of the way on the other side of the creek to the trail) is quiet and a pretty enough walk. Read moreOne of the best playgrounds in town. My kids love going here - so many different play equipment and places to run around. They love riding their bikes around the park as well. Wonderful family friendly environment with seating and BBQ facilities - though you need to go there early and hog it. Love the fact that they have toilets there too as not a lot of parks have them and it can be tricky when your little one needs to go quick !! They just need to put more sunshade and some more seats around the place, as it can be quite hot in summer and it does get quite busy too. Otherwise love the playground and so great to see such wonderful facilities...
Read moreGreat place and comfortable with plenty of equipment for kids. The skate park is great too. Biggest downfall however is that there's only two bbq hot plates and one undercover seating area. Everyone should write to boorondarra council to request more seating facilities, more bbq hot plates and better hygiene of the toilets. Also to book in advance as many other councils do to not cause the rat race to get in...
