If you want to book a private function with them don't do it. I had my 21st birthday with them and everything on the night that could've gone wrong went wrong. Up until payment was made for the event the owners were nothing but supportive and helpful in what food to pick drinks all aspects of the event they were hands on. Once payment was made different story. We had let one of the owners know that a decorator was coming at 5pm but the main owner was not even there to tell her where to set up until 5.15. We had opted in for the use of the speakers and the projector on the night which came at a cost. However, we did not have free use of the projector and had to continuously ask the owner to use. Along with that the speakers were not even in use for the night as they had apparently stopped working and no refund was issued. The food was great at the start as we started with the grazing table however none of the finger food started coming until 8.15pm ( the event started at 7pm). We had told them to start bringing the food from 7.30pm as all guests were in attendance and the grazing table was practically finished. The main food did not stop coming out till 10.30pm. Yes at 10.30pm they were serving hot calamari (the event stopped at 11pm). The cake was cut at 9.15pm and had to wait 1.5 hours for it to come out along with desert which we had ordered. They also have a noise issue after 9pm so could've played music out of our phones and it would've been louder than the level they wanted. In short I will never be coming back to this venue and would not recommend anyone book with them. They want to do things the way they like no matter what you tell them even if you pay for...

Drinks are not that great, I had ice coffee and my colleagues had various kinds of alcohols. We ordered a number of dishes to go with our drinks from the menu including a dip platter, pizza, arancini and cupcakes. The dip platter was made up of Tiger stripe bread you can get from Coles, the dips were pre-packaged and the arancini were also frozen food that were reheated.

The waitresses are super lovely and attentive, we can not fault them. The boss, not so much. They asked us for feedback and I suggested they extended their food menu for my colleagues that doesn't drink. The owner suggested that he will set out a trough and fill it with Sizzler food so we can eat from it, he seem extremely offended by this simple feedback which the waitress asked for. When he made the trough comment, I replied and said that the comment was a bit rude, his responds "it goes both ways doesn't it?". I have never experienced such unprofessional conducts in all my life.

We were really looking forward to making this place our new get together joint after work because we have been going to Westwater for years and thought it will be nice to change things up a bit. We could have easily forgiven the quality of the food because of the wonderful service we received from the waitresses but after the experience we received from the owners, there's no way I would recommend this place to anyone and there's no way I'm taking my team back to this place.

It may be a Fancy looking place and Fancy by name but there's nothing fancy about the owner's service...

A friend booked her birthday here, bottomless brunch style. To keep it inclusive we also had some people who didn't want the bottomless option. We were told to sit separately from those who weren't doing the bottomless brunch.

We didn't get to sit at proper tables, instead having seats around the coffee/lounge tables. The food which was brought out was MINIMAL. I read reviews before coming here and we came at a time AFTER the management change (unless you want to use this as an excuse again?)

We were left hungry because we only had very small snacks served and from memory I think it was only 2 items. Our tables paid for extra food because we were starving.

The atmosphere wasn't great. There was one other table, and I'm guessing it was the owner who was trying to entertain us all with the songs performed.

Onto the cocktails. These were hit and miss. We ordered them in line with the policy for bottomless brunch. We found ones we loved which we eventually stuck to. But having to go up, line up, and keep ordering was a bit annoying as the service was slow. There were only 3 staff members.

Overall I guess you could say it was okay, but would we return and pay the same price for a bottomless brunch?...
