Absolutely loved the place. We celebrated our kid's birthday here and I must say, was totally impressed with the place, the staff, food and the overall experience the team gave. Here are some of the positives.

1. Great Food ! I mean really wonderful and tasty food. From the entree, I would say the Jalapeno poppers, Taquitos were super tasty. The Corn chips with salsa was spicy, tangy and just melted into our mouths. Even the kids enjoyed it (so the spice level was manageable). From the mains, loved the Gringa Da Pastor and my mates told me the Quesadillas, the Parma was very good. I must add their "Mexican chips" were awesome and the sour cream dip was heavenly. A must try "Their Mexican beer bucket", which has 5 popular "Mexican" beers.
2. Great staff. I have to say this, the staff were super friendly, extremely helpful and that is so refreshing to see. They kept our cake in the fridge, provided plates, candles and then few of the staff, played instruments, sang happy birthday with us and made the occasion memorable. They also patiently took the order, helped in the customisations to suite everyone.
3. Great ambience and great choices. The place looks beautiful, the lighting is good, enough space to move around and overall gives a good vibe. There are also good vegetarian choices which is great to see.

I’ve eaten at this establishment before and thoroughly enjoy my time. However the service tonight has completely ruined that for me. We waited for ages to be served with many tables that were sat after us placing orders before us. We ordered 3 meals but after another long wait time, only 2 were ever delivered to us. The serve of Birria Taco’s (my absolute favourite that I’ve had many times from this restaurant and others in the franchise) were NOT up to standard. They were cold, soggy and doused in sauce that they shouldn’t have been rendering them inedible. And STILL after not receiving a meal and one of them being terrible quality, they made us pay for the inedible dish. Incredibly disappointed in the service and food this evening, it’s not up to the standard I know and love from this establishment.
