Didn't get my meal for 45 minutes, till everyone else at my table already finished all their meals. The staff didn't even notice it was missing till I asked about my meal. I wanted to cancel my order, and was declined by the staff. He claimed "it only took 20 minutes". He probably thought I couldn't prove him wrong seeing they took the receipt away from me and did not return it back to me (until requested later). He had nothing to say when I showed him the transaction record on my phone and proved to him that it DID take 45 minutes. However he still refused to cancel my order, and said that I can "take away the order". I ordered a fresh meal to enjoy at the venue, not a stale soggy parma and chips to have at home 5 hours later, Or sit there and eat on my own when everyone else at my table finished their meals long before mine came out. He also blamed me for "not ordering everyone's food in one docket", although they had the table number for everyone's order. Apparently it is also is my fault for "ordering the entree and the main", as they will delay the food without even asking. The staff refused to cancel or refund the meal still, and I was left with a cold plate of chicken Parma from sitting there for 10 minutes of argument. And throughout the whole ordeal not a single word of apology. Look, even if you stuff up sometimes all you need is that one little "sorry" and people will forgive you for anything. No, apparently this is all "on you". It is quite surprising to have such a poor quality service. It was very embarrassing for all of us at the table. If you are to come here, I strongly recommend that; -one person pays for the whole table for everyone's meal and make sure everything is on a single docket. Otherwise this place won't give you some of the food until 45 minutes later or so. -check with the staff if your meal is ready every 10-15 minutes later -if you are ordering your entree, make sure you ask them to have your main not after 45 minutes -make sure you keep a record of your transaction and time as they will take your receipt away and lie about the time. It's such a shame to have such poor service in a nice place like this.. Now I'm just left with a soggy cold takeover that I didn't even get to eat. I don't think I'm coming back again...

I could understand being a Friday night and restaurant quite busy however During our meal staff kept harassing us by kept asking if they could take our plate while we are still picking at our food. Several time by many different staff members we were asked. Once we finally finished our meal most plate was clean out. I have just taken a last sip and as soon as I put the glass on the table one of staff member took my glass without asking if I was finish? I turn around and asked what I am supported to drink my soft drink which left half a jug on the table. She replies as go get a new one! With a very rude tone! She seems to be very rushed and annoyed I asked if I possibly get a new one to replace once she taken from me? She rudely walked away and told me to get a new one from the bar. Please explain to me that this is how you are treating your customer? Table next to us was never asked and no one doesn’t even take away their empty glass. While at the same time we are asked several times We felt that we are targeted, rush, and harassed. And I must say this is not the first time that has happened. I thought I would support local business, but after my recent experience with tonight this would probably be the last time. Very disappointed.

We had a last minute booking for 18 people due to the poor weather ruining our Easter catch up outdoors (includes 10 kids). The staff were amazing, so kind and attentive! We were accidentally brought one incorrect kids meal during a busy time & I told the waitress it was okay my son can still have it, but the manager quickly rushed over and they both insisted on bringing us exactly what we ordered & apologised for their mistake. Even under the pressure - they were so kind & helpful, not rude like other places can be during their busy/stressful periods. There was a fantastic kids area which was clean and entertaining for our kids aged 1-15yo and it was within sight from our table (which is a huge bonus as a parent when you miss eating a hot meal at times). Bathrooms were clean, tables were clean, outdoor areas spotless & spacious, everyone left with a very full belly and a smile on their face! Kids meals also come with a free icecream which is awesome, especially considering how well priced their menu already is. Would definitely recommend this venue for a catch up with loved ones or a function.

I could understand being a Friday night and restaurant quite busy however During our meal staff kept harassing us by kept asking if they could take our plate while we are still picking at our food. Several time by many different staff members we were asked. Once we finally finished our meal most plate was clean out. I have just taken a last sip and as soon as I put the glass on the table one of staff member took my glass without asking if I was finish? I turn around and asked what I am supported to drink my soft drink which left half a jug on the table. She replies as go get a new one! With a very rude tone! We had a last minute booking for 18 people due to the poor weather ruining our Easter catch up outdoors (includes 10 kids). The staff were amazing, so kind and attentive! We were accidentally brought one incorrect kids meal during a busy time & I told the waitress it was okay my son can still have it, but the manager quickly rushed over and they both insisted on bringing us exactly what we ordered & apologised for their mistake. Even under the pressure - they were so kind & helpful, not rude like other places can be during their busy/stressful periods. I have always enjoyed this venue - even with the amount of times I have left down on cash, leaving just after losing in the pokies. LOL. It is a large venue, and I personally see a huge potential for both profit, as well events and business. I only gave the review 4⭐'s because of the hit and miss with the food. The TAB area is spacious, and surrounded with large screen TV's to ensure a variety of sports and events which can be seen and viewed by everyone in the area. With regards to the Pokies area, you will find the floor covers quite a large and substantial area, with plenty of variety, of pokie machines to choose from. There is easy access to outdoor and smoking areas and most surprisingly (and importantly) the bathrooms are well kept and serviced frequently. I am honestly impressed every time I walk in. I am a very friendly person and generally get a mirrored level of service, so I like to think I don't get bad service very much. In saying that, enthusiasm and passion are harder to fake, and so another reason for the 4⭐'s, is the fake and lack of enthusiasm service I have received (only from a couple staff) in recent weeks. I think it is important for the masses out there to know that I am being a little critical about the service. 7 out of 10 times, you will actually find the staff members do provide a very friendly service. All in all, fantastic venue with great potential.🏆🏯
