Have been hung up on 4 times by their automated phone system whilst waiting on hold and they've not updated my order in the app since it was placed apart from saying that "your order is being made". Estimated delivery was between 7:01pm and 7:21pm and they've not even bothered to reach out to say that there may be a delay with my order. And before the owner responds to this with their crappy canned response, how am I meant to call about my experience when you won't pick up the phone during it?
Edit: make that 5 times now Now 6 Now 7 and I'm driving to the store.
Went to the store where the Manager Abel proceeded to cancel my order in front of me and said bye, after I asked for a partial refund due to them not upholding their end of the sale/purchase. He was then surprised when I said why did you do that? I asked for a partial refund not for you to cancel my order. He then said that I would have to wait for the delivery driver to return to the store. Cut to 10 minutes later and my mum (who stayed at the delivery address) called to say that they had arrived with the pizzas a full hour after they were meant to be delivered and with zero communication from the store.
The store manager Abel's response when I said that I'd tried calling multiple times and no one answered, was that they were tops busy, which raises the question as to his management abilities. I asked if my order had been received.. he asked for my address and then asked what I wanted to order. I asked again had my order been received.. he said I donât know that your asking.. it has not come through yet. I presumed maybe a delay in the system and hung up. Waited another 10 minutes no update on the app. Called again.. immediately call was placed in a waiting queue.. called two more times.. call directly placed in a waiting queue.. called on no caller id, call immediately answers.. Able said he wasnât going to answer my call as he was extremely busy.. huffed and puffed and started yelling.. When I stated.. your new owners of this store (as we order from here every week and have definitely noticed the difference in the last 6 months.. ) he simply hung up.. it certainly will be my last order from here.
1138.. received my order. Able delivered it himself. He was the most rudest person ever! I advised had just made a complaint via there head office website where he said yes Iâve spoken to my regional manager too .. I advised it will be the last time we ever order from them again.. which he then told me.. âget lost!!â
