Only giving 1 start because there is no option for 0😒!!! This place is well and truly horrible, I went in this Thursday to order my large latte with oat milk and I was told to take a seat, they were not busy at all so at the time I was thair only customer. I had waited for about 5 minutes and I asked where my coffee is and I was treated with a horrible manner and alot of rudeness. When I finally received my coffee, the lady giving it to me was complaining in another language and when I told her that she used normal milk instead of oat milk, she took it from my hand and rolled her eyes and kept complaining in another language. Maybe the staff here needs to have some rules about language since I always hear them speaking and Asian language rather then practing to make thair English better. Not only that, they treat thair young staff terribly from what I have seen, they always look tired...

I ordered a almond capachino this morning and requested to have choclate flakes on top, They gave me a coffee with normal milk so I went back to ask for a new one then got told its too..late by the Asian lady at the counter, She was very rude and dismissive mabye have her work on her English if she is working the till, I was very frustrated as her excuse is she didn't charge me for it. If I could give zero stars I would. I asked for a coffee milkshake with lactose-free milk and no ice cream. I told the staff clearly that I am lactose intolerant. I received a coffee milkshake with ice cream with no warning, no explanation until I pointed it out. The staff then offered an iced latte in the same cup that had ice cream in it. That’s like giving someone who’s lactose intolerant a glass of milk and saying, “It’s just a little". Totally careless.
