Donut King Karingal Hub (formerly Centro) — Restaurant in Melbourne

I can’t stand this store since it was sold and new owner and new staff I hate it with a passion it’s the pits the staff have always got a face a mile long they take a month of Sundays to get the line down you wait for a month of Sundays to get served and then when I ordered my coffee they took more orders for coffee and they got there’s before me and after 3 times saying are you going to make my coffee you’ve just stood there and served a few more people and made there coffe and given it to them to be be told it’s coming then two more people that ordered after me got there coffee before me so I had a go at them and demanded my money back to be told we don’t do refunds I told her that’s what you bloody think you better learn the law on how refunds work then coz when I’ve paid for something and not received it I am then lawfully entitled to my money being given back and that’s what you are gunner do unless you want me to have you sacked. And every time I’ve asked for a hotdog with cheese I get told we don’t have any cheese so I tell em don’t worry about it then. There staff never use any manners and have a look of thunder on there face and if they smiled there bloody face would crack and they mumble. Boycot this store at all costs is what my recommendation...

Was here at your store 2 day ago sorry for the late review i was ordering food to have the young girl stick her nose up at me when i want things change the other girl was told to do my hot dog and didnt Communicate with the other one so she had to do it again the attitude on both of them was Disgusting maddy and faith no customer service at all tables were dirty chairs in the walk way of the center standing around in the back as well. no hi how are you today what can i help you with ? if you dont like your job then find one your good at being rude and nasty to customers and staff is not on and the tell a girl look for a job you are in the boss when you are clearly not and then be rude to she when she leaves behide her back so she cant hear you is not on as a manger myself i would have sacked you on the spot wow and then the way you talk to staff working with you is not on at all the one girl was running around trying to help customers and you two didnt help her. Do you think when you sit and have coffee we cant hear you donut king get new staff . We done to the girl with red bow in her hair for working hard to...

After nearly spending approx $30 for 12 Cinnamon Donuts thru Uber. Was extremely disappointed with the purchase as the donuts were the thinnest you could possibly make and overloaded with Cinnamon to the point you couldn't eat them. Very poor quality for such an expensive product..

Update 29th December ....After getting let down last time with my order I thought I would try again .....this time ordered iced donuts 3 chocolate and 3 strawberry thru UBER....I received only 5 donuts obviously staff cant count... 3 were chocolate....one was a Cinnamon Scoll and the other was a custard donut...so instead of cancelling the order at the shop they decide to put whatever in the order and i ended up getting items I can't eat that I paid $40 dollars for....Has to be the worst shop I have ever dealt with...will definitely not be ordering anything ever...
