Donut King Werribee Pacific K35 — Restaurant in Melbourne

Many years going there, but the new staff are unfriendly. Bought a Hot Dog Combo, got charged and didn't get the cinamon doughnots advertised. When asked for them, was told that I had to pay $2 extra, and the woman pointed me to another deal on the shelf, not the one I ordered which is high on the shop. I visit the shop often, but the service has gotten worst with the new staff. Either they don't understand English properly, or are not trained enough. They surely are willing to lose customers for $1, because this customer is gone. And they are willing to carry on with false advertising, me buying a hot dog deal, and they pointing to another deal, that was hidden behind another last minute deal!!! Yet insisted that I bought the hidden deal!!! These people need to learn Victoria's...

Been coming here since I was a schoolkid, literally... I can remember stopping past this place in Year 7 & 8, but certainly Year 9 and 10 I used to go to the plaza regularly and stop past.. Not gonna lie it does bring back some nostalgic memories when I go there and I'll be sitting in the food court eating and school kids walk past, especially if they're from my old school. The owner is a top bloke, and all the other staff are friendly. The best part though, is I have a knack for people that know what I want before I even ask, and if I get right staff member, I think she's the duty manager, I only have to get in the general vicinity of the counter before I'm having my order called out to me. I went there this morning at 9:30 and was appalled at the amount of customer service I received.To see one of the staff members to busy drinking to even acknowledge the fact that we had been waiting for so long and the other one to busy talking to even acknowledge the fact that we were waiting. There were no other customers waiting either so it's not like they were serving other customers. obviously your workers socialising is more important then serving customers.
