EL TACO — Restaurant in Melbourne

Went here on Sunday night and was told there would be a 20 min wait on tacos. 'Ok, they must be good'' I thought...What I got was $7.50 'taco' that literally had some corn and a pile of blackbeans on it?! There was supposed to be avocado, cauliflower, salsa, chilli sauce and coriander...nope, just corn and beans. Guys, if it's getting to the end of the night and you've run out of ingredients - let people know, instead of charging them for an incomplete product. Would have spent my money elsewhere if I had know. What a...

Really disappointed. Ordered the quesadillas and they were not nice at all. Minimal effort put in - they were filled mostly with cheese and a bit of extremely plain chicken. Could not taste any seasoning.

There was 3 but they were very small, especially for $20. I actually couldn't believe I'd just paid that much when I saw it. Ingredients had to be less than $1 worth.

Don't like leaving bad reviews but just went away feeling very frustrated that's what I chose, and also just a bit fleeced...

Finally someone heats up the tortilla for the tacos!!. As a Mexican I get so annoyed that the tortillas in a taco are cold. After my positive rant, the pulled pork tacos (al pastor) were delicious. Al pastor are my favourites. I wish I could post a picture but I was so excited to try that I forgot about the insta pic.

I got there early to avoid the large crowds I read about on the reviews and the wait was less than 5 minutes. Well done. Totally...
