I like to try something new each time I get to Grazeland and today it was the calamari at Ink-Redible. Had it with the traditional Italian crumb and it was absolutely amazing. The crumb had beautiful flavour and the calamari itself was was fresh, perfectly cooked and just a delight to eat. No sauce needed as it’s amazing just as it is. Will be back to this one for sure!

Top notch calamari! Can’t be faulted! If you’re visiting the Spotswood location within Grazeland, be aware that Grazeland will charge you $4 per adult for entry to their venue. If you’re in Melbourne’s south east, Ink-Redible calamari do mobile food trucks at markets around the area.
