13/02/25 To all Customers from a Loyal Local Customer that has been ordering years from Enzo. Their Pizza is amazing! Extremely Busy at all times Toppings always generous, the base is never too under or overcooked Service is impeccable!

This upsetted me,because the bad review with the croped stolen photo is untrue so I decided to play detective!

Less than average. This is the lazy way of doing pizza where you put the dough on a tray with all the ingredients on top, putting it on one side of the oven and it comes out on the other side of the oven after 5 minutes. A far cry from your wood fire pizza oven or your stone pizza ovens. The problem also is that they have to understand that all the ingredients are not cooking at the same time. The pepperoni on the Americana pizza was too thinly sliced so it was completely charred, burned, inedible, i had to remove all of the pepperoni and throw it away. Then I was left with a cheese and tomato pizza..........wich also was burned. The same happened with the salami on the Enzo pizza. My advise is to add these ingredients half way and not from the beginning, or slice them thicker. The question is would Enzo have served these pizzas in Italy??? I doubt it as they would have chased him down the street. If Enzo is not Italian and never stepped foot in Italy or ate a pizza in Italy then he is excused, kind of. If Enzo is a real Italian than came here from Italy then shame on you for serving this kind of bad pizza. Ti devi vergognare. But i suppose here in Australia he can get away with it, people don't care much about the quality but about how...

Have ordered before and the pizza has been a little greasy but good (7-8/10). Today I phone ordered and let them know I was coming with an uber/ DiDi and they said pizza would be ready by X time. I got there and the pizza was on the rack waiting to go in while there was plenty of room in the oven; I couldn’t keep the DiDi waiting so had to cancel the pizza & go without. Maybe they could organize a PayID, Apple Pay, text link for payment, etc to order and pay at once so you don’t have to wait while picking up.

Anyway overall good food but personally wouldn’t come unless I have a bit of time
