WATCH OUT... I have just bought a cake from the Broadmeadows outlet. The staff are wearing masks and gloves. Unfortunately they have not been taught that you do NOT handle money (cash) with the same gloves as you handle the food. The woman who served me had one bare hand which is what she should have handled the money with and then she could wash it or cover with a glove for food handling. The woman I spoke to on the phone was so polite and friendly as I called to change the day, I couldn't find my invoice and she could tell I was stressed out. She quickly found my order and offered me a refund or simply to change the date. The hole process took 3 minutes and she has me calm and giggling by the end of it! I ask why they have done this to which i get no response other than the manager sold it, i ask to speak to the manager, to which the reply is they are not in.
