Ferguson Plarre's Bakehouse - Keilor Village — Restaurant in Melbourne

I visited the Keilor Village store recently and let me tell you it will be the last time. Only 1 Indian man working on a Monday afternoon who could hardly speak or understand English and made it very difficult to communicate with him. He was an awful representation of what the ferguson plarre brand is . I went in around midday for a pie and sausage roll and a coffee . There was barely any hot food at 12pm lunch time. There was 1 pie and 2 sausage rolls so I grabbed 1 each and they were as hard as a rock. Are there products dated ???? I'm sure it was a week old I couldn't even bend it in half it was rock hard . He went to make my coffee and then more customers came in and he went to serve and didn't make my coffee I wait 15 minutes and no coffee and he forget to give me my pie only sausage roll . I ended up asking for my money back But he quickly made my coffee and it was absolutely one of the worst drinks I've ever had . He said he barista? NO WAY! SO COLD. NO FLAVOUR. I asked for latte and he gave me the most disgusting piece of coffee ever. The next day I went back and the two lovely ladies working were delightful but is there new owners? Absolute disgrace. I went to sweet lulu next day for coffee

EDIT I will be ringing head office managers to speak about this disgrace of store. How could they let them run store into ground not good for business...

Rather disappointing experience today! Was given the wrong change and that's fine we all make mistakes but the problem was with the way in which it was handled! I was made to feel cheap for coming back to correct the mistake, then needed to point out three times what the correct amount should have been and then had the money thrust at me with no apology or without even the courtesy of eye contact or at least a smile! I can forgive a mistake but I cannot abide rudeness. Very disappointing seeing as the vanilla slice was amazing! ...
