I have been a customer of this business for quite a few years & have found the food to be beautiful each time I ate it. Unfortunately I feel this may be part of the problem as I believe they know their food is good so they let customer service slide. I have had Bronchitis for several weeks & have been very ill. During this time I was craving one of their stir fries.. I had unfortunately been involved in a car accident (I was not at fault) & had our car written off so I had no car but my friend had offered to pick up the meal for me. We ordered on the Menulog app & I asked for my meal to be mild & my friend asked for his to be hot. When we went to eat our food we found they had mixed up the spiciness, my friends meal was mild & had cashews added (I had ordered those for my meal) & my meal was HOT! I cannot tolerate any heat in my food & my mouth was literally on fire 🔥 for 20 minutes. This really should not have been a big deal - I simply wanted them to replace my meal with the spice level I had asked for & the added cashews. Well I rang them a total of 6 times over 2 days eventually leaving them my number so the manager, who is also the owner, could call me directly. I never received a call. I ended up having to throw away the food as they wanted me to keep it so they could taste it I guess to make sure I wasn’t lying. Why you would lie about something like this baffles me. So I ended up out of pocket $20.00, didn’t get the meal I had been craving & the whole situation left me extremely frustrated. We had spent over $70 on the entire order & my friend even left them a tip! You can have the best food in the world but if you have no customer service you will lose customers. You have well & truly lost me as a customer & I will be taking this further as I am owed $20.00. Plus on one of my calls to them they hung up on me!! That’s very un-business like & incredibly rude!! Start treating your customers with the care & respect they deserve.

This was our first time trying this place. We ordered Pad Thai, Garlic Roti, Jasmine rice and Yellow beef curry. Overall, everything with delicious, the flavours are on point. The only downside of this order was the Beef in the Yellow curry, while there was a generous amount in the dish, it was clearly, not quality beef, as it was so chewy. Every time we ate a piece it was chewed and then spat out, the beef couldn't be seperated with our teeth, it stayed as one, it was inedible, unfortunately. If i decided to order the Yellow curry again, i would get chicken next time. The Yellow curry flavour was amazing. But now, it makes me wonder about the other beef dishes, it's discouraging. Really good meal! Usually I'm not the hugest fan of Thai but my partner loves it so we tried out this place and was pleasantly surprised. The store looked lovely and clean and the interior design was nice, modern and relaxing. My partner got the massaman curry and coconut rice which was nice but had a little bit too much... cinnamon or maybe nutmeg?
