Frank & Ginger Cafe — Restaurant in Melbourne

I had breakfast here so many times before and was excited to have it again after lockdown. This time is completely disappointed, I think it has the new owner now. Wait more than 40 minutes to get orange juice, fruit toast was super cold and meat ball sandwich completely disgusting. But it is most funny and horrible is the customer service from the owner or manager. When I told her about I was waiting for orange juice so long already, she did not apologise and just turn away and said we are so busy ( only 4 tables with customer). I go often to Frank & Ginger cafe'. I appreciate the fact that they have newspapers to read. I have dietary restrictions so I can't comment on the food, only that it's presentation is appealing. The staff are always helpful and friendly and you don't wait long to be served. I had an operation and 4 months later the owner will still ask me how I am feeling. Mixed review of Frank and Ginger. Firstly, the coffee. The coffee came out quickly. The long black was ok however the coffee didnt have a very strong taste. The flat white on the other hand was a bit disappointing. Very milky flavour with very little coffee flavour. It would suit someone who didnt like a strong coffee.
