Huge servings of pre-made sandwiches and rolls kept in a fridge, which are invariably toasted to hide the dryness. Portion size comes in at around 3000 kJ for the bread based options. No half serves. Nothing fresh at all. Nothing creative. Bain marie full of slushy stews or fried food. Pre-made “salads” which are usually soggy and tasteless. No effort or love in any of this food.

This is a coffee shop that doesn't know how to make coffee. The lattes they serve involve frothing the milk until it's very hot and pouring it into the coffee, and the coffee is over-extracted.
