My bestie and I stopped by on our way to the beach, and from the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality from the incredible staff. Each team member was not only welcoming but went above and beyond to ensure our experience was nothing short of exceptional. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who, like the rest of the team, exuded friendliness and passion for their craft. It's clear that their dedication to providing top-notch service is ingrained in every aspect of their business. Now, let's talk about the coffee – it was absolutely outstanding! As a self-proclaimed coffee enthusiast, I can confidently say that it's among the best I've ever tasted in Melbourne. The aroma, the flavor, the perfect balance – everything was spot on. Overall, our visit was nothing short of fantastic. From the warm welcome to the exquisite coffee, every moment was a delight. I can't recommend this place enough – it's a solid 10/10 in my book! Keep up the amazing work, and bravo to the entire team for setting the bar high in both service...

Great service, the staff are very friendly and treat you like family. The dessert and coffee is delicious too. 💯 recommended.

8 month later updated review: There seems to be a new system where there is a lazy suzan set in the centre of the store. It really isn’t working out for them, they’re less interactive 1-1 with customers and have been going back and forth from the back room so often. Maybe less storage in the actual store for them? I don’t know but it used to be a little cozy gem, now they want the customers in and out asap for a quick dessert. Loukomades literally burnt my tongue. Music still out of place.

Review down to 2 stars, it was previously exceptional at 5 stars. Hope they can improve instead of going backwards with service...

The first of its kind in Melbourne; premium acai fruit blended into the form of a luscious ice sorbet scoop.

Unlike every other store serving acai in Melbourne, which uses acai powder, this place claims they use acai pulp, and you can definitely taste this.

The acai is full of delicious juicy bursts of acai berry in each bite, and the consistency is exactly that of a fruit sorbet.

I did find issues with the texture however, as there were a few random solid ice crystals, and the acai was on the grittier side, but once these problems are sorted out, it's definitely a delicious dining experience that every acai...
