Update, I came in on the 14th/10/2024, after explaining to staff that I would like to see management, I sat by the seats and tables. I came in to verify and rectify last week's dramas but your staff seem to show no care about this. Tahir mainly.... As he was the one I spoke to. He didn't tell me how to contact you and I literally just sat here waiting. I won't waste more if your time. Review remains.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Walked in tonight, being Fathers Day evening, with my family to have a quick drink. The barman, and I use the term loosely, had the worst attitude I have experienced in many years. His body language and level of rudeness was out of this world. When I called him out on his bad service and asked for the manager, he refused to serve me. I waited a little while until it became evident that he wasn't calling the manager and decided to leave. Any future patrons, please keep away from this establishment and give your business to other more worthy establishments who will welcome your custom.
