i was trapped in brunswick and was trying to find a place to charge my phone. I saw this place and that it had a charging port so decided to try and sit in there and charge. Once i sat down the lady saw me and did not seem happy i was there. She spoke to me with such disrespect and in a weird tone said “well you should have asked me first”. She tried to move me to the charging port where i had to stand up near the security camera instead of being comfortable and sitting down. I’ve never had to ask a place to charge my phone if the port was in the open. I expect better because as a young girl i’d expect you’d be more concerned about my safety instead of being rude to me because i’m not buying anything from your silly shop. Probably the best Gelato I have ever had in Melbourne. The customer service was fantastically friendly, and the atmosphere was both hip and family friendly. They having constantly updating specials that make you eager to come back often, whilst the staple traditional gelato flavours are reminiscent of the artisan gelato found in Italy. What is almost underrated are the good quality coffee; this place definitely knows a good Cappuccino.
