This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any restaurant and quite frankly I highly recommend people avoid this place.

The order was very simple and carried out online so it should have been easy. One dish did not arrive, and one was completely wrong. When we called up and complained about it, they blamed us for it. We'd asked for No Onions in ONE dish (a BBQ chicken) and they took that to mean ALL the dishes were to have no onions, and completely different ingredients.

Let's take a look at our order. Chicken satay skewers (arrived, yay!) Prawn crackers (arrived, yay!) Tom Yum Soup (arrived, yay!) BBQ Chicken no onions (arrived, yay!) BBQ Chicken DID NOT ARRIVE Thai Beef Salad - contained beef, some carrot and some cabbage. The ingredients listed online? Beef, chili, onion, lemon juice, tomato and fresh mint. The dish did not contain ANY of these except for the beef. When I complained about this, he said that this is how they cook their thai beef salad and it's correct. When I order something from a set menu with listed ingredients, that's what I expect to get.

The manager barely understood English and couldn't even understand a simple request to 'deliver the correct food' and instead tried to say they'd take the food back and give us a refund tomorrow, or else we would have to drive to the store to return the food and get cash.

I don't appreciate having my dinner ruined, get yelled at by someone who barely understands what I'm saying and then be told that I have to be the one to fix up their mistakes and drive out to their store.

Not impressed in the slightest. My biggest regret is having not signed up to Menulog (the online ordering site) so this review could be seen by people who would be ordering from the same website as us.

I definitely will never be ordering from this...

Very bad, poor customer service and rude staff. We visited this restaurant several months back with my family, we were looking for a nice dinner and have a good time, we always came in for dinner and often ordered deliverys. We came in tried to order a couple of meals the waitress didn't understand English and didnt know anything about the menu, everytime we asked about something she said she didn't know, we eventually made selection according to her description, we ordered a couple of things including papaya salad and some chicken ribs which according to the waitress was served of flat rice noodles. The order came 30 -40 mins later, the papaya salad was missing ingredients like shrimp and tasted nothing like the usual salad we ordered and we were served a couple of spoons of it, i took a spoon full and realised and she served us the chicken ribs with no flat rice noodles underneath, so i asked the waitress to take them back and make adjustments, the cheff came out and started telling us that we eat from the salad and that she will not adjust it and that we had to pay for it, she started yelling and arguing, adding to that i had a 2 year old with me, i asked her to lower her voice and she wouldnt so i told her i dont like her attitude and am walking out, she said she will call the police!! So I left, any honerable restaurant will just adjust the dishes accordingly but she chosen to make a seen infront of a restaurant full of ppl, and there was already a customer arguing with the waitress that his order came wrong, even if it wasn't wrong obviously u guys have communication issues and ver rude staff, we used to order here around 3 times per month, all i can say u guys have lost a customer and money by ur attitude and terrible...

Firstly, let me say the food here is fantastic, we are regular customers. This negative score is for the poor service. Firstly, while my wife was ordering, the person taking our order condescendingly told my wife to slow down. It’s the tone the person took, not what she said.

Secondly, we asked if we could get the prawn crackers, as we spent well above $50, but they told us it was only for take away. Ok that’s fair enough, but the restaurant was empty and I don’t see why they couldn’t accomodate this request as it wouldn’t have been a massive inconvenience to then to eat there and still get prawn crackers.

However, the last point bothered me the most. We ordered take away, the prawn crackers were ready, I asked the serving person and she sarcastically told me ‘they’d come with the rest of the food’.

Like you have hungry customers coming to your business and you can’t even just give away a few prawn crackers when they are paying good money (their food is not cheap!)

I compare this service to their competition Rose of Thailand opposite Syndal station where the service is always exceptional and they always greet you with a smile. Please learn from them how to serve customers and to make them happy.
