Noble Park Charcoal Chicken — Restaurant in Melbourne

Been coming here for ages and repeatedly giving 5.stars.in the food. I came back here after a year and ordered the delicious chicken, 2.popcorn chicken meal for my kids and the warm.chicken salad. I came.home.to eat my favourite warm.chicken salad and something is off. From the shop upon putting the dressing i know something is off. The gentleman didn't put the right dressing in the chicken salad. He put mayonnaise instead of sesame seed dressing. The chicken doesn't have seasoning at all. The salad was also boring. It's only lettuce and a few small block of fetta cheese. Where is my tomato, where is my olives, where is that onion, cucumber etc. I was thinking it's probably the new assistant or just training, he didnt know. Night time, I want to use their chicken for my tacos to add more flavour. So 2 whole chicken I ordered, I tasted it and it wasn't the same as before. The worst thing, some part of it wasn't even cooked! The other chicken was fully cooked. The other one is not. And the taste is sooo different. Feels like calling to inform that the one.chicken isn't fully cook. But I was thinking that they are new assistant in the shop and I want to respect the owners becuase they are really nice friendly people. Late night I realized, the whole chicken doesn't have stuffing anymore. And it really made me.curious. I was informed that the old owners who used to make delicious chicken charcoal even salads etc are long gone. It's the new owner now. It's sooo sad that the food taste change. Even my kids whose favourites are the chicke popcorn didn't like how their chips were cooked and taste. To the new owners I hope you bring back delicious tastes of the Noble Park Chicken Charcoal that stands out. It's been in Noble Park for ages and nothing beats there delicious charcoal. The middle eastern Arabian style of charcoal chicken stands out. I hope you give respect to the amazing and delicious "original recipe and seasoning of the foods". I know you're trying to make it more delicious but unfortunately, for my own opinion, it didn't. You have removed this and that and changed the recipe. Unfortunately, our favourite charcoal is gone becuase of the new recipe that the new owners applied to all the food menu. It is very sad. My family won't be able to taste those delicious food menus anymore. I will comeback if it will be same as before (old owners...

.I'm so shocked everyone be extremely careful when you pay these people make sure you've got evidence that you've paid ask for a receipt and don't trust them if they don't give you a receipt I went with my friends to enjoy a nice brunch I ordered and I paid I enjoyed with my friends after the meal they said have you paid I said yes I have paid then they said no you haven't I said excuse me I've already paid you I told them the information they berated me and continued berating me over a small fee I ended up giving them the money that I'd already paid them I asked them to check their CCTV they're refused I then asked them to check their everything they refused they continued to berate me and embarrass me in front of other patrons in the restaurant and other patrons felt uncomfortable as well I was absolutely disgusted in this even I was so polite kind courteous and told them how lovely their food was which it was lovely their service sucks and they're completely rude and terrible please I beg you if you order make sure you have evidence so they don't bury you in embarrass you in front of your family friends or other customers

I recently tried the charcoal chicken at Noble Park Charcoal Chicken, and it was a disappointing experience. The chicken was dry and lacked the smoky flavor I expected. The seasoning was minimal, making it bland and unappetizing.

Additionally, the skin, which should have been crispy and flavorful, was soggy and lacked any char. Overall, it felt like a missed opportunity; with better preparation and seasoning, it could have been a standout dish.

I had a disappointing experience at Noble Park Charcoal Chicken. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, making me feel unwelcome. I encountered issues with my order, and when I asked for assistance, the response was dismissive. It’s frustrating to spend money somewhere and feel like your concerns don’t matter. I won’t be returning.
