This is 1 of 3 places to get food in Ricketts Road, Mt Waverley, the rest are factories / offices.

The interior and exterior were extremely outdated. It was really dark inside, although it was a sunny day. The seating area looked uninviting, with worn chairs and tables.

The staff were helpful and friendly, however the price was not the most competitive. A bottle of Joe's Choice 350ml orange juice costs 3.80 AUD.

Just ordered the Banh Mi for all the guys at work. They were very extremely generous with all the fillings and the pork and made all the orders without a problem. All the guys said they were tasty and filling. Thanks to the 2 lovely ladies who made these. Note the Pork was tender and moist ! This is one of those places that is very plain on the outside but the Banh MI’s are as good as the ones...
