I just discovered Glicks as my friend brought over Bagels today which were incredible, extremely flavourful, fresh and clearly made with care and precision.
Side note but to the lady in the reviews below who gave Glicks a bad review based on serving customers without a mask on, I would suggest to that lady to pay attention to the law as businesses are not allowed to discriminate based on mask exemptions and that lady should not assume someone's health condition based on appearance. Pay employees $16 cash, the floors never get washed (the grease is that thick employees slip over constantly), blood on cutlery without washing, windows left open overnight and pigeons fly in & sit on the pot that has the dipping chocolate; which they just reheat and reuse. No gloves, no washing hands, head chef screams at staff upstairs in the kitchen, they don’t wash utensils before reusing. I witnessed all this for 2 days before never returning, I never even went back to collect my pay for those 2 days - I couldn’t get out...
