Gloria Jean's Airport West Kiosk — Restaurant in Melbourne

Extremely disappointed with my experience at the Gloria Jean’s Lahore Airport (Departure) branch. The staff lacked basic product knowledge and communication skills were very weak. They explained the menu while sitting down, showing zero professionalism. Ordered an americano but espresso that came without any crema — clearly not made right. The ready coffee was just black hot water. Worse, the hot water nozzle wasn’t working, and the steamer nozzle was not only dirty but used to heat water for my Americano — that’s a serious hygiene concern.

supervisor, Abdul Razzaq, casually said, “I just came now, I don’t know anything.” This careless attitude was unacceptable. I requested a refund, which he did process, but only after this poor experience. The staff gave a thumbs-up while serving this poor coffee instead of a proper drink & service — very casual and unprofessional. They didn’t even have sufficient change at the counter, and to top it off, my bill was faded and barely readable. Really not the standard you'd expect from a Gloria Jean’s outlet, especially at such a high-profile location. Needs serious improvement. I was not able to...

I love the coffee here and when i go during the week i know i will get a good service and amazing coffee but weekends are not the same. There are different people working, mainly teenagers who are so clueless.. They always seem so clumsy, just mucking around and always chatting and laughing while customers are waiting service.. and i wish they would have a dress code for gods sake today i went in and the young girl was wearing black short tights that was so high up they looked like undies.. some guys were just mucking around with her and i felt so embarrassed for her. I try to avoid this place...

Incompetent! Took my order & money no problems. Waited well over 10 minutes when after people after me were getting served I enquired about my order I was told they had no low fat milk and should be no more than (another) 10 minutes. I didn't have that time having to pick someone up and asked for a refund. I was slugged a surcharge for absolutely ZERO service!! Just tell people when they order that you don't have what they want and don't waste...
