Regarding Ravenhall Gloria Jeans. I went in and ordered the promotion of the month - Strawberry Chiller which advertised on the app for $2 off. We scanned our card and they charged full price. Although we didnāt say to claim the $2 off there is a barcode on the app where the promotion says to āopen cardā assuming this will be applied automatically. The girls at the register got flustered after I told them they charged full price. They said they forgot to press redeem for the discount then they said they didnāt know there was a promotion for the $2 discount. They asked what I want as a resolution I asked for the $2 back to honor the discount. They said they will give me $2 coin in which I agreed. They then discussed and said sorry my boss wonāt be happy with me Doing that.
You need to train your staff about promotions and running automatic discounts when scanning for rewards. I spend heaps of money at Gloria Jeans so they shouldnāt rip us off knowing weāre eligible for a discount but still paying full price. How many other customers paid full price for a Large Strawberry Protein Shake or promotion for the month not knowing they were eligible for a discount using the rewards. Automate your rewards system so staff donāt have to manually apply it OR better yet train your staff to have it manually applied to every order that has a promotion going for the month.

However I noticed that for the last week also the cash is not accepted and our rewards can not be scanned any longer. 1st day I didnāt say anything it happens I understand but itās been over a week now and still not fixed so 4 days ago I asked when is going to be fixed as I donāt like paying by card as I use cash and Iām missing on the rewards daily , I was told it will take forever to be fixed or maybe never so I said that is not fair on us. So the girl in that morning advised me that she can take my phone as itās not busy and she scanned my rewards card which I was happy and every girl has been scanning it since then but however this morning the young short girl at 0610 hrs refused to do it for me and it was not one person in the store or behind me in the line and she advised me that to bad signs are on window and she couldnāt be bothered doing it. Coffee was shit also this morning as I can tell she can not be bothered doing her job as it is. I wonāt be coming back to this store again and Iāll make sure that anyone I know and that is lots of people they will be not coming back to this coffee shop again. Poor service and...

I placed my order to the monotone lady on the other end and then proceeded to drive up to window. I was greeted by what i can only describe as a young girl with zero personality and zero interest in her job. She passed the eftpos machine without even looking to see i could reach it, so after i struggled to reach the machine to tap, the lifeless young girl pulled it away, before the transaction and even gone through. i then asked if she could please bring it out further and somewhere even close to where my extended arm was. She suddenly became rude and even more dismissive of myself and handed over my coffees with such a bad attitude that i was compelled to review this morning. I am so baffled at how half of the young ladies that are employees at that store even got past the interview process. Surely i cant be the only one that thinks this..
