Iā€™ve never had a problem with this Gloria Jeans until now, I ordered a pesto chicken and avo toastini (plus other items equaling up to $50) and received what was in the photo. I tried to call (no answer) because I couldnā€™t return it back that day and went in today to get a refund and the owner Iā€™m guessing refused because I didnā€™t have a receipt (had my proof from my account that I bought it yesterday and the time the photo was taken 15 minutes after purchase). I explained I couldnā€™t bring it back in, please check your food and make sure to get a receipt because he doesnā€™t care about his quality of food. My friend who I got it for took one bite and spat it back out, avo was brown and wrinkly, obviously had been not in the right storage conditions for it to be that bad.

Absolutely delightful experience, the staff were pleasant and extremely helpful, would highly recommend! Food was great and coffee was a star. Definitely I will be coming back with family next time visiting the area.

Absolutely delightful experience, the staff were pleasant and extremely helpful, would highly recommend! Food was great and coffee was a star. Definitely I will be coming back with family next time visiting the area.

I think this is the best coffee in this area if you order the strong blend. I find the regular blend unremarkable. My coffee is consistantly really tasty and hot, the staff members are always pleasent. I never sit in because it is always very cold inside the cafe. It would be great if they had some of the menu items other Gloria Jeans cafe"s have. Lastly the app desperately needs to be upgraded it is only useful to use as a card. There is no menu or any other information available on this app. I can't even get my history up, just doesn't work. Mc Donalds app is not great but so much better than the Gloria Jens app. I hope you...

After visiting the Pakenham Drive-thru, I would like to say that I had amazing service last night at around 5:30pm. The lovely staff members working late shift were very welcoming, also took the time to explain the coffee flavours and asked for their preferences, which they provided & were 110% correct about their choices! They also made amazing coffees too!

If only GJ Dandenong North Drive-Thru learn from the Pakenham staff members on how to provide great customer service, they would receive better reviews too!

Love your work Pakhenam GJ team!

P.s. Banoffee was aaaa-mazing!! Also great menu...
