Service is poor. No care for your experience. Spend your hard earnt money to eat out and have a poor experience. Simply enjoying a drink with your meal is too much to ask for.
The Grill'd in Point Cook and Werribee put Melton's to shame, we've had conversations with the owners about how passionate and caring they are to provide excellent customer experiences. Grill'd in clearly Melton does not care.
My partner and I went for a Saturday lunch, spent $70 to have lunch without the drinks that we ordered. When the food came I followed up on the drinks, the waitress was very apologetic and insisted she would get them right away. We were sitting outside in the sun getting very thirsty, by the time we finished our meal my partner was extremely disappointed that they hadn't bothered to give us the simple dining experience of enjoying a drink with our meal.
I went inside to follow up again and they had no clue, until they found an unactioned receipt. They offered for us to take it to go, I mentioned that we have been out in the sun waiting for drinks, followed up on it and still they never bothered until we finished our food and I had to go to the front desk to wait in line to ask about the drinks again. What good is the drink after the meal has been finished. They just refunded the money and didn't take accountability for the poor experience, it would have been nice to have been offered a water.
It's just a joke to spend $18 on two drinks that never came, honestly, how long would we have been waiting for those drinks if I didn't follow up for a second time. The principle of it all is, I shouldn't have had to follow up at all, we should have spent $70 and had our drinks arrive to be enjoyed with our food. It wasn't even busy.
My partner is super flat after trying to get out and have a nice outing, that's just simply too much to ask for these days when customer service has gone down the drain. Thanks Melton Grill'd, great Saturday lunch. Maybe don't offer juices if you're not going to bother making them. I suggest the public just go to Boost Juice instead because that took...

Our recent visit to Grill'd at Woodgrove was overall a great experience. We're big fans of Grill'd burgers for their freshness and quality, and this visit did not disappoint. The staff were professional and courteous, adding to the pleasant atmosphere.
I particularly enjoyed the Baa Baa Burger on a panini roll – it was delicious and satisfying. However, there was a minor hiccup when my partner received the incorrect bread, although he didn't mind the sesame seeds. We ordered via the app for the first time, so we're not sure if that contributed to the mistake. He didn’t bother having the burger remade, luckily it’s more taste preference than allergies.
Seating: The restaurant offers plenty of seating options, both inside and outside. The outdoor seating area is enclosed, providing protection from the wind and debris.
Parking: Parking is abundant and shared with the main shopping centre, making it convenient for customers.
Interiors: One concern we had was the greasy flooring inside the restaurant. It felt quite slippery and could benefit from a thorough scrub. Nonetheless, overall, the service was excellent, the interiors were clean, and the burgers were delicious.
We'll definitely be returning for more tasty meals...
Read moreThis has to be the dirtiest Grill'd in Victoria. During today's visit there was crumbs over all the tables, and food and grease all over the chairs and floor. Don't even get me started on the outdoor furniture which looks like it hasn't cleaned in a month. We had to try 4 tables before we found one we could sit at. The father of a family with a baby who sat in a booth had to go and get serviettes to try and clean it all up so they could even sit down. The walkway that goes from one end of the restaurant to the other has grease smeared all over it for at least 2-3 metres near the counter and both my partner and I almost fell over. There is so much food on the floor that if the health department was here today it would get shut down. It's not the servers fault. As usual with many businesses in Melton it's just entitled, lazy, absent management. The place is busy and there's only 3 young girls on from what I can see....
