First thing...don't have a "wait here to be seated" sign if nobody is there to guide you. After our waiting a staff member comes over with some menus and said seat wherever you want. We really didn't have to wait. Scanned the QR to order our food, said the order would be 10 minutes, took 20 all the staff were behind the counter, backs to the restaurant gossiping very loudly about inappropriate subjects. The girls were pouting the whole time. And clearly not caring how they looked. My husband is a chef of 20 plus years and has never seen such behaviour from restaurant staff. I'm a manager of a store so I know customers are number one priority, this was not the case with this lot. The burger patty was Luke warm , tough and the bun was not fresh and we had to wave staff down cause they forgot part of order and it seemed an inconvenience once the staff came to bring it.
