Half Half Pizza — Restaurant in Melbourne

I've recently relocated here from New York so I'm a bit of a spoilt brat when it comes to good pizza. I've tried many places in Melbourne but have been disappointed many times. This past Saturday was definitely NOT a disappointment. I dare to say this pizza reminded me of my favorite pizza place in the West Village NYC. First off, the crust was crunchy but also had a chewy component. The sauce was perfection and the toppings were all top quality. I really enjoyed the salami. I will be back here shortly to remind me of home. One of the best pizzas that I've had in all of Melbourne....

Ordered pizza as usual on Friday night worth of 65 dollars,delivery time showed on order 7:45pm no message was coming till 8:30 no one picking up the phone drove to the shop it’s closed. Money was deducted. Called the store next morning some one picked the phone up not even apologising just said I can’t refund you have to wait one week and come and speak to my boss and rudely hung up the phone. Bad experience,never go this pizza shop. Cannot deal with customer complaints rude and bad business management. Had some issues with an order last night, didn’t get the food and money got taken. Called the shop to ask for a refund and they just hang up without explaining anything. Got another call today and owner was so rude, raising his voice and using disrespectful language.
