I want to raise a serious concern about your staff member Puneet. My recent experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

First, Puneet was very unprofessional at the counter. I waited for 15 minutes while she continued doing other tasks and avoided serving me. Even when I called her, she delayed and came with a very rude and aggressive attitude. Her expressions and behavior were completely inappropriate for customer service.

On top of that, when I ordered a Chai Latte, Puneet gave me the wrong drink – a regular Latte. I have a strong allergy to caffeine, and because of this mistake, I ended up with a terrible migraine the whole day. This was not just an inconvenience, it seriously affected my health and completely ruined my day.

Customer service should be polite, attentive, and accurate. Unfortunately, Puneet failed on all counts – unprofessional behavior, lack of basic courtesy, and a careless mistake that could have had even worse consequences.

I strongly suggest retraining Puneet immediately, or reconsider whether she is the right fit to serve customers. Based on this experience, I will never return to this place, and I don’t want other customers to go...

I wish I could give negative rating for the service by south Asian lady, who was absolutely rude and arrogant, charged me before even served me, When I ask her to serve Rasmalai pastries from display she arrogantly refused and also said "I am not going to serve you front display, we are about to close." ,Lady why did you serve me and charge me when you were about to close and served me pastries which we stale and all over the place in the box. My kid was waiting for that pastries that's why I bought it, and we throw that in the bin bcs she did not eat it. Stay away from this place which has zero customer service and stale and bad food. Dear Owner of Heaven Bites, I visited your store today at 6:45 pm and purchased two cake slices (pineapple and chocolate truffle) for my kids. However, when I approached the counter, the staff member picked up different slices that appeared stale and packaged, rather than the fresh ones on display. When I requested the fresh slices, she informed me that she could provide the pineapple but not the chocolate truffle. I was surprised, given the numerous fresh truffle slices available. According to your staff member, you had instructed them not to sell the fresh cakes. As a regular customer, I kindly request that you reconsider this policy.
