EDIT: following on from the below review. That was two nights ago. We were feeling extremely lazy tonight, so we decided on "Hey Sister" again.
I got a chicken burger this time. Dear holy s*, it was amazing. I got the Japanese panko crumbed burger with an extra chicken fillet. It was freakin delicious. So crunchy, cheesy and full of flavour. This has made me add the 5th star to my review. Well earned. I will fall asleep a very happy and satisfied man tonight.
First time ordering tonight (my partner picked). My partner ordered a "Hey Sister" burger with tato gems, and i got the mozzarella sticks and a ketchup / mustard/ bacon loaded fries with cheese sauce.
Delicious food! My better half said her burger was a winner and "we'll be ordering from there again defs!". My loaded fries were very tasty and filling and well priced too.
My ONLY complaint (for the one star lost) was the insane amount of American mustard on the fries. I love the stuff, but it was a good standard US cup worth of mustard. Was a little too much, but, would not stop us ordering again at all.
I am gonna try a chicken burger next time, they look really good.
PS reviewers: don't complain about delivery times and if your food is cold. That's PooberEats's fault. You're reviewing the restaurant, not the useless delivery service you chose to order via. Leave PooerEats a rubbish...

As an Uber Eats driver, I recently had a rather unpleasant encounter with the staff at "Hey Sister." Upon arrival, I informed the girl handling the delivery that my delivery bag was full. Instead of offering assistance or understanding the situation, she responded rudely and insisted that I bring my bag. Her attitude lacked any semblance of professionalism or courtesy.
Moreover, the packaging of the items, particularly the orange juice, was subpar. The juice was not properly wrapped, which made it susceptible to spillage during transportation. Despite this challenge, I managed to deliver the order to the customer, albeit with difficulty.
Overall, my experience with "Hey Sister" left much to be desired. The lack of cooperation and professionalism from the staff, coupled with inadequate packaging, made the delivery process unnecessarily difficult. I hope that the restaurant management takes steps to improve their customer service and packaging standards to ensure a more seamless experience for both drivers and customers...
Read moreOK, the food quality and taste is the best. Service? Staff are friendly and trying to cope. Maybe the popularity of this place is starting to affect the service. Staff are untrained, and/or need a supervisor to coordinate order sequencing. I stopped getting deliveries because many times the order was missing something. I mean, how hard is it to remember to put chocolate sauce in with the churros? Twice in a row? Poor training. Now I sit and wait. The painful part of that is watching the staff run around like ants without purpose. Watching my chips and sweet potato go cold for 20 minutes on the bench. Finally I get handed my order after I watch them repack it 3 times. Once into a bag that is too small, then in to two bags, then in to a large bag. The result is that tasty, fresh, well prepared food is cold when handed to me over the counter. Crying shame when you pay $50 for a takeaway meal for two that is cold apart from one burger. I am sure that dine in is a much better experience because the food really is...
