I went to the cafe with my son. Drinks and food was quick to come out. Mind you the muffin and the biscuit we had were both so dry.. My son needed to use the toilet, so I had to go with him. We had finished our food, but still had drinks - large coffee mug- pretty much full and my sons milkshake he'd almost finished. We came back to find our table had been cleared? They had plenty of spare tables and 3 waitresses just standing around.. We were seated right where they were standing around. I was looking forward to finishing my coffee... So I said to the waitress 'I hadn't finished' .. To which she said 'we can offer you a standard size coffee'.. I requested take say as I couldn't stand to be there any longer.. No apology from anyone.. The barista handed me the coffee and said nothing. All so rude, won't...

Lady who served us was very blunt - making comments about our guests, insisting we were ready to order when we had only been seated for a few minutes, then not even placing cutlery down without making a whole big excuse as to why she hadn't done it (as if it was our fault for asking?)...like we're not having a go, we just wanted to eat our food? Not a fan of this cafe at all. For the price you pay, you might as well go to Hatter and the Hare. Quality of staff and food has dropped dramatically - it's no longer the 'place to be' like it was a few years ago. They turn over staff quicker than they flip your egg. Won't be seeing me again, I'll walk a bit further down for a better feed for the price and happier, skilled staff. No wonder there are tables available for walk ins on a...

Meet up with friends for lunch. The food was quite ordinary for the price. Probably just me, (as I mean my tastes) but I actually didn't like the choices of food offered. I settled for the one I thought I could eat. It was OK but non memorable.

I found the service pretty ordinary overall. I went there on time, but my friends were late. I ordered even though they weren't there as I had to leave at a particular time. I asked for my food to be prepared and served as soon as it was prepared even if my friends had not come or been served theirs. It did not happen. When I finally got my food it was cold and I had to gulp it and leave. The staff were not in sight most of the time and did not respond to my gestures to attract their attention when they were...

My friend Grace and I came here for a light lunch and to have a drawing/colouring art sesh. Chapter Too has such a relaxed and cosy ambience, so it was the perfect spot for it! We shared a Reuben sandwich and it tasted splendid! Every layer of the sandwich was delicious and complemented one another so well. The dirty chai was fantastic too! The chai and coffee flavours were perfectly balanced - not one flavour overpowered the other. I would also like to give a shoutout to the latte artist - the latte art was so pretty! The matcha latte was also pleasant, although I'd prefer it to be slightly stronger because I'm a matcha fanatic 😆... still really enjoyable though! The customer service was wonderful as well! Thank you for the lovely dining experience!

Had the most beautiful breakfast here. Chapter Too is a great cafe in Heathmont with an amazing menu, friendly staff and plenty of seating (indoors and covered outside too). We ordered the smashed avo, which had the most amazing mushrooms and Persian fetta. The ratio of topping to bread was great - certainly didn't skimp on the avo. We also ordered a BLT which was also beautifully cooked, filling and came with a lovely side of chips. Coffee and iced chocolate went down a treat too. Overall a lovely breakfast at a nice local spot.

Food was great, we had the house special chicken risotto and the pulled lamb salad however the experience was hindered by a few minor issues. The plates and cutlery were dirty, and they had greasy fingerprints all over. That enough could deter someone. The coffee was served cooler than what you'd expect for a hot drink which took away from the taste. Otherwise, we enjoyed trying this place and keen to see it improve in future. We paid about $80 for 2.
