I am completely disappointing in the service and consideration of this place. I specified that I cannot have any animal products in the singpaore fried noodle and some how I ended up with a singapore fried noodle with chicken, egg and prawn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! who i purchased it for was allergic to fish which is also why when i specified no animal products. I also asked if there was oyster sauce in it. The lady serving me did not inform me of anything, while I also asked for a vegetable singapore fried noodle. If we did not notice the prawns in the meal the person could have ended up with an allergic reaction and taken straight to the hospital. On top of that we have specific dietary requirements of no aminal products. The lady who served me was also very blunt with zero customer service skills. I didnt even receive a "hello", just a "what do you want" question. Do not recommend to anyone. I tried calling them back and I would not get an answer, it was 20...

Food is good but apparently vinegar and chilli oil is precious commodity equivalent to gold? Ordered $62 worth of takeaway, nothing was provided so I asked for a 2nd serving of vinegar and chilli oil as the miniscule takeaway minitubs are filled to the quarter mark.

Charming lady behind the counter told me I had not ordered enough dumplings so the most I deserved was another vinegar. Reminds me of the Seinfeld episode, except "No chilli for you!"

If the chilli distribution formula is one per every serve of 25 dumplings + 2 main noodle dishes, then you'd better be prepared to bring in your own chilli if you plan to dine in...no joke!

Disappointing nevertheless, considering I ordered as many times as possible during the 2020 lockdown to support this...

I have had dinner here 3 times. The first two were great. We had heaps of lovely food for great prices. Last time however, the same meals (honey chicken and lemon chicken and even the fried rice) I'd ordered previously were on plates half the size! Of course that was the night I'd brought along my whole family to celebrate a loved ones birthday. I'd also been raving about the fantastic portions and value. Was my face red!

Furthermore, they tried to charge us $2 for a drink I'd brought from home AND 'corkage' because 1/6 of the guests had opened ONE CAN of cider in their restaurant.

I don't know why their don't have standard serving size they keep to. ...

Pretty average food, chewy beef, bland sauce, warm can of coke... sort of cheap? If 15$ is cheap for lunch (14.50 for chilli beef, rice and can) bit hard to eat tho, not very user friendly... will be trying somewhere else next time, thanks anyway

Cheap and cheerful. Chilli beef on rice, Shanghai fried noodle, hot and sour soup with dumplings and all the fried/steamed dumplings are real winners here. It beats out the rest of the dumpling joints in the vicinity (at least 5 others).
