Vanilla Pod Cafe — Restaurant in Melbourne

Terrible service. After many years of going there, today was my last time.

Service has dropped drastically, with lack of service & taste of the coffees & hot chocolates dropping. Prices of the coffees have not dropped, but service has become sub-standard.

Today I purchased a hot chocolate, service was rude, and my extra large hot chocolate was 'half' full, which I didn't notice until after I left the store. Also not hot as I asked. I threw away this hot chocolate which was a waste of $5.40.

Sadly, it used to be a nice cafe, but they have dropped their service & quality. Today was the last time. I also regularly purchased...

my boyfriend and i had stopped at Heathmont Station and grabbed some hot chocolate here.

We had some good memories here as well

so first we saw the guy was sitting next to the front door, he said hi with us by saying 'good coffee'🤣 but both of us didnt like to drink coffee that how sad we felt that moment

Also the same guy still goodbye us when we were leaving there by saying 'want some coffee?'🤣

the i said, 'already thank youuu🫶🏻' and left suddenly because we had to get the train in 3 mins

i didnt expect that the hot chocolate was that so good, i will come back there next time! ☕️

Went in for a sweet chilli wrap and after 20 minutes of waiting at the front counter i was not served and left (approx 1pm weekday) gave them benefit of the doubt and returned was served in a normal space of time took a seat and my food was served in a paper bag at the other end of my table with the waitress not saying a word, wouldn’t look at me and walked away.
