I used to enjoy their burgers as a regular customer, but my recent visit was a letdown. The place was disorganized, and the staff seemed untrained. Surprisingly, the shop wasn't even busy when all this happened.

On June 28th, I ordered three burgers for pick up. The app said they were ready, but I had to wait an extra 15 minutes as they weren't cooked. To make matters worse, I received the wrong order when I got home.

I called the restaurant to inform them of the mistake, and they promised to prepare the correct order. However, when I went back, the burgers were still not ready. I ended up waiting for nearly two hours in total.

The most frustrating part was the staff's lack of concern. They didn't seem bothered by the situation and showed no willingness to make it right.

Fed up, I canceled my order and tried another place called 300 grams, which was a much better experience. The burgers are better and you can rely that you'll receive your order.
