Pizza Hut Narre Warren — Restaurant in Melbourne

if i could give this particular store a 0 stars i would have to. my friend and i, who are the most loyal customers they have, drove to this location at 11:20pm on a Wednesday. what is the problem you may ask? to our dismay, the store was closed. the problem with this is that on the door it stated they closed at 11:30pm 10 whole minutes to serve us. AND online it said they closed at 3:15am sharp. to our horror, when we made an attempt to enter the dark store…there was no staff present nor any alternative service available. and the store was so dark that my friend tripped over a upside down stool which concerns me as it highlights staff inadequacies. we were in disarray when we learned we could not attain our late night snack which we have been buying for so many years without fail. i believe the only way to make this right is to award my friend an i a cookie pizza each after the tears shed from this experience!! my friend an i work as marketing strategists and we recognise that pizza hut has made the grave mistake of false advertising by suggesting they close at 3:15an when in reality…a very cruel reality…they close at 11:30pm. please take this review into consideration or else we will have to choose a different pizza place aka dominos in the...

We got two pizzas, two drinks and a garlic bread. One of the pizzas was a margarita, the other bbq beef. When I opened up the pizza boxes and saw what we had just spent $38 on, i can’t adequately put into words the horror I felt from what was laid out in front of me. Both of the pizzas were over cooked, dry, lacking in toppings, uneven, half the pizza slices had more crust than toppings on them, it was the most let down I’ve ever been by a pizza store. The disappointment I felt having wasted money on on what may as well have been some brick hard pizza bread and enough toppings between the two for one pizza, it honestly wasn’t enough to promise myself and my family we’ll never return but i had to leave a review, if this review deters even one person from wasting their money then I’ll feel better about the situation. I don’t know how on earth they were deemed acceptable to be sent out to a customer, but from previous reviews I can see that it’s a regular occurrence. If it’s open, go to the pizza on Webb a few doors down, they’re 100% better all round (from the pizzas themselves to the customer service) and if they’re not then go to the McDonald’s around the corner. I have called customer service daily for the last 3 days wanting a refund and I keep getting stuffed around and Narre Warren Pizza Hut haven't attempted to contact me back either! I ordered x4 of the promo x4 pizzas and x4 sides. So I got x16 pizzas and ordered x16 garlic breads for my daughters birthday. This cost $200. I ordered for delivery to get to the birthday at 5:45pm. I called them and they said it would be an hour as I chose 6:45. No!!!!!!! So I explained they are going to be over an hour late and he was extremely rude! My email and everything states 5:45pm! Apart from being an over an hour late since he got lost literally just going over the main road we only received half our order and the pizzas were burnt.
