Had high hopes but was underwhelmed. Went there at 8am and ordered shaomai, congee, and cheongfan with beef. Cheongfan arrived first it was ok and definitely can’t compared to the ones in guangzhou or hong kong.
The congee’s ingredients are overcooked and we got the boat congee. And severely under seasoned.
The shaomai is the biggest problem. The pork smelt off. Like it’s been left out of the freezer for too long. It didn’t give me stomach upset but definitely smelled not right.
Overall would come back to give another try but they need to lift thr quality. Also quality of service. They had some new guy and on Friday was Australia Day so their special doesn’t apply but they didn’t bother to take away the advertising plastic stand on ur table.
i am from guangzhou so telling me the flavours are authentic and it's that's the issue is laughable. honestly, the quality is not great in...

Wide variety of frozen dim sum to take home and cook. Nice bright environment to dine in. The food is good quality and tastes good. It's not the best I've had, but with soaring prices at yum cha places this is a great alternative. The sitting area is not very big and it's not recommended for large groups or families as there are only 3 small tables that can seat 2-4 people. Prices are not the cheapest but it's only slightly more expensive than other places. Overall it's very good and very friendly staff. I would come again without the kids to dine in but this is now my go to place for take...
Read moreThis is our go to place for delicious dim sum without breaking the wallet. You are definitely getting more than what you pay for here. Staff are efficient and super friendly, especially the owner, Andrew. Best seats are the few ones in the front area of the resto as you can have a nice chat with Andrew, if he’s not too busy, though they have more tables inside, just ask the staff. The place is very clean, well organised, with a bright atmosphere. They also have a wide selection of frozen dim sum that you can buy, as we always do. Also, don’t forget to ask for their chilli oil, which is also made in house like everything else on their menu. This is the perfect condiment for their food. I even suggested to the owner to also sell the chilli oil, which he said will happen soon. And btw, he sold me a bottle for me to enjoy at home,...
