JUMBO KEBABS DONCASTER — Restaurant in Melbourne

Pathetic 3 am. Sunday experience Sorry, it's not even worth for a single star. The chef was extremely rude and faking lots of excuses for his really bad cooking skills. Garlic sauce was literally yogurt...he must have run out of Garlic or simply dodging the real Garlic sauce with yogurt And the chicken when specifically requested to cook very well and like little burned. But the tall chef left it fresh white, not even cooked. Upon request, the staff lied that the grill is washed clean and they almost closed the restaurant. This was the first lie. In 5 minutes, the staff mentioned to other new customer that they will close around 5am...🤦‍♂️ Upon asking politely his loud response was that's how he been cooking for last 40 years...lol...the tall chef guy is literally 30, 35 years old...its impossible for 30, 35 year old guy with 40 years of experience...Second lie 🤦‍♂️😰...his answer was out of logic and beyond my understanding... Anyways... I hope he learn to respect their customers' and customers' specific requirements... For him, it must be a really bad day or could be simply just his attitude... I really wish they improved some cooking skills + behaviour with customers with some respectful manners. This tall chef needs lots of learning and improvement. Sorry, ...Never...

Just ordered this tonight, the chips was soggy, the kebab is dry, no sauces inside i asked for garlic aioli and bbq sauce ,the lamb doesn’t taste that good it was stale and dry maybe put some spices or serve a fresh slice?

I love kebab and I’ve tried the kebabs all around Melbourne for my experience this is the worst . I always leave it if it doesn’t reach my expectations but this one i just have to say it because it was a disappointment in Kebab.

Surely it’s not always like this maybe because the staffs are just inside the kitchen talking a lot instead of making sure the food was prep well .

Also the minimum eftpos should be lower or allow a surcharge instead, I understand the atm inside just in case someone doesn’t really wanna spend more but the charge for using that atm is too...

Terrible Chicken Kebab and Rude Service We just visit at 2:25 am for chicken kebab, and it was an awful experience from start to finish. The kebab was completely tasteless – the chicken was dry and overcooked, and the sauce was nonexistent. It felt like chewing on rubber.

To make things worse, the staff was extremely rude. He was so arrogant and rude plus teach him some basic manners to respect others. The lack of basic courtesy and customer service.

I won’t be returning and definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values good food and decent service. Stay away if you don’t want to...
